1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to European countries only. We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands: 3-5 business days
- Belgium, Germany, France: 5-7 business days
- Other EU countries: 7-14 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Method
We partner with DHL and Printful for order fulfillment and shipping. All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the product price. You will not be charged additional customs fees or import duties.
We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees that may occur during international shipping.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at Streetwear.lazy@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
